Delivery Process

Once we receive your order, we will endeavour to deliver the flowers to the recipient prior to and as near to the time and date that you requested on the order. If you feel you would like to call us to have that extra comfort, then please call us on 01642 786100 and we will be only too pleased to confirm that your order will be fine.

If your order is for a wedding or funeral, you will probably prefer to contact Sandra Rose directly so that you can explain your requirements in detail.

Postage and Packing

We make a £5 charge on all deliveries whether it be a local or worldwide delivery.

If you live outside the EU, we would like to advise you that your order may be subject to your country's import duty and tax and you are responsible for both declaration and payment.
